The Direct Express® Financial Education Center empowers beneficiaries with education, helping to  improve  the financial futures of cardholders and their families during both good and challenging times.

This month, the Financial Education Center added three new library topics with content aimed at helping cardholders make informed financial decisions when experiencing difficult times. The topics acknowledge that navigating life’s tough moments takes strength and the best way to cope with financial challenges is by developing healthy financial habits.

The new learning modules help Direct Express® cardholders with information to budget during a crisis (financial or otherwise):

Cardholders  can access the new modules on the Financial Education Center through the Direct Express® mobile app or Direct Express® cardholder website, from any computer or mobile device that has internet access. Modules and materials are available in both English and Spanish.

The new topics enhance the program’s ability to assist cardholders during special circumstances, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The Financial Education Center will continue to support cardholders through the addition of fresh financial education topics. New topics will be released regularly and existing content will be refreshed as needed to retain learners’ interest.
